Please read these terms carefully before using AIBlend 4.1.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIBlend 4.1 software and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately. AIBlend reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time.

2. The AIBlend Service (v4.1)

The Service provides a proprietary software solution designed to analyze your system and boost performance automatically through its "AIBoost Kernel." The Service is currently optimized exclusively for **Windows and Android** platforms.

• Privacy First: The core boosting and analysis functions are designed to operate locally on your device.
• Limitations: We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. We currently support authentication exclusively through **Google Sign-In**. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Paid Services (Auto-Boost Pro)

Certain services, such as the **Auto-Boost Pro** plan, are provided on a subscription basis for a fee.

• Billing Cycle: You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected during subscription.
• Free Tier: The **Basic Tier** is provided free of charge, subject to limitations on daily boosts and performance range.
• No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or burden the Service or the networks connected to the Service.
• Using the Service to create or distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempting to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service.
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, and materials included in the Service, including the AIBoost Kernel, are owned by AIBlend or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service grants you no rights in relation to our intellectual property except for the limited license to use the Service as provided for in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
