AIBlend ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose the information we gather from and about you when you use the AIBlend platform and our related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information: Personal Data and Usage Data.

2.1. Personal Data (via Google Authentication)

When you choose to sign in using Google Authentication, we receive the following information:

• Email Address: Used for account identification and communication.
• User ID (UID): A unique, anonymous identifier generated by Firebase to track your activity across our services.
• Display Name/Profile Photo URL: Used solely to personalize your experience within the application.
• No Password: We never receive or store your Google password. Authentication is handled securely by Google and Firebase.

2.2. Usage Data

We automatically collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include:

• Interaction data (e.g., features used, time spent on pages, actions performed).
• Device information (e.g., browser type, operating system).
• IP address and geographical location (approximate).
• Diagnostic data to help us debug and maintain the service (e.g., error logs).

3. How We Use Your Information

AIBlend uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service, including access to your AIBoost Kernel.
• To manage your account and provide you with personalized content.
• To improve our Service, analyze usage trends, and develop new features.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and maintain security.
• To communicate with you about service updates or security alerts.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share your information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: We rely on trusted third-party services to operate and maintain the platform, notably Firebase (Google) for authentication and database management. These parties are obligated to use the data only for performing services on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
• Business Transfers: In connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is paramount. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

7. Your Rights (Data Access and Deletion)

As a user of AIBlend, you have the right to access, update, or delete the information we hold about you. Since your primary data is linked through your Google Account, you can manage much of that information directly through Google.
